If trails are not showing up on the map for a region you have downloaded, here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:
A. Refresh the region (state, province, or country) that the trails are in.
To delete the offline region data, which contains all the trails, points, and sub-regions, follow the below steps:
1. Go to the Settings Page on the Trailforks App.
2. Go to your Downloaded Regions.
3. Tap on the drop-down menu or click on the region itself to pull up the menu.
4. Tap on 'Refresh,' 'or 'Clear and reload' to refresh the region.
B. Delete and re-download the region (state, province, or country) that the trails are in.
1. Go to the Settings Page on the Trailforks App.
2. Go to your Downloaded Regions.
3. Tap on the drop-down menu or click on the region itself to pull up the menu.
4. Tap on 'Delete' to remove the region.
5. Go back to your Downloaded Regions, and tap on the yellow circle with a '+' sign.
6. Search for the region you wish to download and re-download the region.
