One way to get support for the Trailforks app or to send feedback is to submit it through the app itself. You can use the "Send Feedback" button, which will open a new email in your phone's default email app with an attached text file. This file should include useful debug information for our support team.
1. Tap the app menu.
2. Tap "App Feedback & Help."
3. Tap "Send Feedback."

Sending logs for the Trailforks Apple Watch App
If you are experiencing issues with the Trailforks Apple Watch app, we have rolled out the ability for you to send logs for the Apple Watch Trailforks App. To send logs for the Apple Watch app:
1. Go to Settings on the Trailforks Apple Watch app.
2. Toggle the ability to send logs as 'on.'
3. When submitting a ticket, go to 'App Feedback & Help.'
4. On the iOS app, you'll have the opportunity to send Apple Watch logs along with debug logs from the iOS app when you go to submit a ticket:
- Select 'Apple Watch' as your conversation topic
- Toggle 'On' the ability to send 'Apple Watch logs' from the ticket.
