How to Add a Region to trailforks.com
A. Go to the 'Contribute' page under 'More.'
1. Select Region.
2. Choose the region type.
Note: In this example, we will add a 'Riding Area' to the trailforks.com.
3. Add your region name.
4. Add Sub Regions and the city.
5. Add a description to the area. You can provide a source if you've used a description from an alternative source.
6. Add the Local Trail Association.
7. Select the Primary Riding type.
8. Select Land Status.
9. Within the map, if you are going to add trails to the riding area, you can leave the map area portion blank for now. As you start adding trails to the riding area, the map will automatically center around the trails added to the region.
10. You can change the map images.
11. You can add other details, such as helpful search terms. The search terms will not appear on the page but will assist in search functionality.
12. Hit 'Submit.'
