You can use the Trailforks app to easily record your rides and share with your friends.
Here’s how to do that:
- Press the yellow button at the top of the app and then click “Record Ride.”
- When you’ve finished your activity, click “Stop” to end the recording.
- Press the “Save” button to save your ride.
- Give your activity a title, add photos if you’d like, and choose the visibility for your activity. Share to the feed by choosing “Public.” Then hit “Save.”
- All set! Your ride will be visible in the feed, and you can also view all your saved ridelogs under “Activities” in the app.
Note: Your ride will upload in the background. You can view your ride on Trailforks.com website's ride-logs page, under the 'My Ride Logs' tab in the main menu of the iOS app, or under 'Activities' if you are using an Android device.

Do Your Community a Solid
What goes around comes around. Sharing activities in the feed isn’t all about chasing the fastest times or racking up the miles. You can help others in your community discover new route ideas, get out there, and share their own adventures. The feed makes it easy to ask questions and get beta on routes, explore photos, and give high-fives to keep the motivation high. No doomscrolling here!
Plus, syncing your rides helps to improve trail accuracy and navigation capabilities on Trailforks. In fact, your app experience has been vastly improved by the more than 42 million activities that others have recorded on Trailforks. Additionally, trail associations use aggregated data from Trailforks for advocacy, leading to new trail building, trail improvements, and more events. That’s a win-win!
