1. First, try to force quit the app, then re-launch it with a good internet connection.
2. Ensure that you are logged into your Trailforks account within the Trailforks app.
3. In the Trailforks app, open the main side menu, and tap 'Settings.'
Note: You might find 'Settings' under 'Account.'
4. Click "Restore Pro Subscription."
Before proceeding with 'Restore Pro Subscription,' please ensure that you are running the latest version of the Trailforks app.
