Trailforks Account Merged With Existing Outside Account

Your Outside & Trailforks Account

Your Trailforks account has been merged with an existing Outside account matching the same email.

When you create an account on Trailforks, you also have an Outside account under the same credentials. 

If you previously logged in with the password from your old Trailforks/Pinkbike account, you may retain your log-in information, but in the future, you should use the password that you have for your Outside account. 
You should update any password managers with the correct password (the one from your Outside account). If you do not know your Outside account password, you can use the recover password tool.

Your Outside Profile 

Your Outside profile is globally connected to your Trailforks and Gaia GPS accounts. If you have separate Trailforks and Gaia GPS accounts under different emails, your Outside profile will not sync with these separate accounts. 

If you have separate subscriptions under different emails, we recommend consolidating your information and data to one account that you'd like to use as your primary account. For more information on consolidating your accounts, please see this article.
