Setting Up Your Profile
You can set up your profile via Trailforks.com or on the Trailforks app. Under Profile, you should see multiple options to customize your profile. Your username should match the username that you find on your Outside profile. The headshot you choose will also be reflected on the Outside profile. Alternatively, if you change your Outside profile headshot, the change will be reflected in your Trailforks profile.
Note: At this time, there may be differences in what you find on the Outside profile vs. the Trailforks profile. Whatever changes you make to the Trailforks profile should be kept in your Trailforks account. It is possible that there will be a delay in sync time or that you will not see changes across platforms immediately.
You can edit your profile visibility and adjust your email notifications through the Settings on your Trailforks account. We cover adjusting your Profile Privacy settings in more detail in this article. We also cover your Ridelog privacy settings further in this article.
There are a few ways that you can adjust your notification settings on the website and the app.

The video below goes through the process of switching your profile from Metric to Imperial or vice-versa. The video also demonstrates limiting your public visibility to other users and adjusting your email/notification settings.
Note: editing your email settings and notifications here does NOT change your email marketing preferences. For information on managing marketing email preferences, please see this article.
